Hairstyling professionals wishing to benefit from exclusive discounts must create a Pro account and provide the required information for validation.
3. Products and availability
Our products are described and photographed as faithfully as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur, particularly because of lighting or your screen's resolution.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any product without notice.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), before taxes and shipping costs.
Payments must be made at the time of the order through the secure methods available on our website.
Professional discounts (e.g. 10%) apply only to accounts validated in the Pro section.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped via FedEx or any equivalent carrier.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions or postal strikes.
Extension Extrême cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.
6. Returns and exchanges
For hygiene reasons, no return or exchange can be accepted on hair extensions once the packaging has been opened or altered.
In case of a shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to find an appropriate solution.

Our extensions are designed to be installed by qualified professionals.
Extension Extrême is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, inadequate care, or the use of non-recommended products.
