Extreme Extension's Euro Prestige Extensions Warranty

At Extension Extrême, we are committed to providing superior quality products. Our Euro Prestige extensions come with a three-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. After this period, no warranty will be granted.

It is essential to follow our recommendations regarding the products to be used on our extensions, as some products may not be compatible with our extensions. Furthermore, bleaching our extensions is strictly prohibited. The longevity of our products depends on various factors, such as maintenance and proper use of the products.

We would like to inform you that it is perfectly normal for the color of your hair extensions to fade slightly after a few washes. Our extensions are made from 100% Virgin cuticle human hair, colored on a lighter base than their final shade.

This process is natural and does not constitute a product defect. To preserve the vibrancy and longevity of the color, it is essential to care for your extensions with suitable products. We recommend using products specifically designed for color-treated hair and following our care tips for optimal results.

Our extensions are meticulously hand-selected, one by one. We regularly travel to Asia to source quality virgin hair, in order to offer you an exceptional product. It is important to note that color variation between different batches may exist due to handling. These variations are due to our artisanal manufacturing process, and Extension Extrême assumes no responsibility for these differences.
