Refund Policy:
Given the specific nature of our products and services, we would like to inform you that we do not accept any return or refund requests concerning goods, products and services purchased or received directly in our salon, or via our sales platform online.

Cancellation policy:
For any cancellation or modification of appointments, we require to be notified at least three weeks in advance. In the event of non-compliance with this deadline, we reserve the right to invoice an amount equivalent to 50% of the value of the planned service (or even the entire service).

Please note that any lateness of more than 15 minutes for an appointment will be considered an absence. This delay allows us to offer your time slot to another customer and thus minimize our possible losses.
